Data and Information Compliance
Our website uses technologies such as: cookies, technology for collecting and processing personal data in order to personalize content and analyze traffic on the website.
We encourage you to read the following information before accessing the website.
From 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 will apply.
The GDP will apply in the same scope in all European Union countries.
The RODO introduces a number of changes in the rules governing the processing of personal data that will affect many areas of life, including the use of Internet services.
In this information, we present an abbreviation of the most important issues regarding the processing of your personal data, which will take place from 25 May 2018 in connection with the use of our website.
What are personal data?
According to the RODO, personal data is information about an identified or identifiable natural person. In the case of using our website – if no contract for the sale of the goods is concluded, and the goods are only viewed by the User or the User – such data is, for example, an e-mail address or IP address. Personal data may be saved in cookies or similar technologies (eg local storage) installed by us or our Trusted Partners on our website and devices that you use when using our services.
The basis and purpose of personal data processing
The processing of personal data requires a legal basis. The RODO provides for several types of such legal grounds for data processing, and in the case of using our services, there will be, as a rule, three of them:
1. the necessity of processing for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party. If, therefore, we conclude a contract with you, we can process your data to the extent necessary to implement this contract.
2. the necessity of processing for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party (example your addresss to the delivery company). This basis for data processing refers to cases where their processing is justified due to our justified interests, which includes, among other things, the need to ensure the security of services, improve them and match your needs and convenience.
3. voluntary consent to the processing of personal data. It is mainly needed when marketing services are provided to you by third parties and when we provide such services to third parties. To be able to show ads that interest you (e.g. a product you may need), advertisers and their representatives must be able to process your data. Expressing such consent is entirely voluntary and you do not have to express it if you do not want to. We dont give out your information to such companies, never have and never will.
Your data, as part of our services, will be processed only if we or any other entity that processes data is one of the legal bases allowed by the RODO and only for the purpose adapted to the given basis, as described above. Your data will be processed until the basis for processing is available – that is, if the consent is granted until it is withdrawn, limited or other actions restrict your consent, in the event of the necessity of the data to perform the contract – for the duration of its execution, the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator – until such a legitimate interest exists. If you understand this you are a better person than I.
The administrators of your personal data will be Hustle and Growl, as well as trusted GDPR compliant 3rd parties, entrusted with your details in order to fufuil your order.
Your data will be processed by Hustle and Growl and Trusted Partners, if you give your consent. In any such case, the transfer of data does not entitle the recipient to any use of them, but only to use for the purposes clearly indicated by the entity from the above or Trusted Partner. Data transmission usually takes place in the case of cooperation with a subcontractor or a service provider. In any case, the transfer of data does not release the transferor from the responsibility for their processing.
Your data may also be transferred to public authorities, as long as legal regulations allow and these bodies will make the appropriate request. I cannot understand what this clause is covering, fashion police maybe!?
On our website, we use technologies such as cookies, local storage and similar devices for collecting and processing personal data and operational data in order to anonymously analyze the traffic on our site, with the view of aiding future business decisions, and bringing you products which you love and making sure we dont stock up on things that are hated. Cookies are IT data saved in files and stored on your terminal device, i.e. on your computer, tablet, smartphone etc., which the browser sends to the server every time you access a website from this device, while you visit various websites on the Internet.
According to RODO, you have the following rights to your data and processing by us and Trusted Partners.
If you consented to the processing of data, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to transfer data, express objections to data processing and the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority – GIODO.

- estimated time of replacement stock arrival or
- a refund of the purchase price or
- alternative product.
While every effort is made to ensure that the stock on the website reflects the actual levels we have available for sale, sometimes we may not have the item you have paid for on the website. Otherwise we will contact you to resolve the issue and will offer an alternative or a refund. We will place your order on hold while we wait to hear from you.

Whilst every effort is made to place accurate laundry instructions on each product listing, As we have no control over the circumstances in which laundry occurs Hustle and Growl can take no responsibility for any damage or loss incurred from you washing any of the products you purchase from us. We strongly recommend pre-washing all fabrics before sewing with them to ensure pre-shrinkage, always wash dark, light and coloured fabrics seperately. for vivid colours that are known to run e.g. reds it is worth considering multiple pre-washes if being sewn together with a lighter fabric. We do not recommend the use of colour catchers as they are known to ‘leech’ out the dye from the fabric, rather than catching it. Tumble drying is not recommended for fabrics containing spandes/elasthane/lycra as this does not stand heat.
Returns & Cancellations Policy
If the goods purchased from us are faulty or defective in any way then you have the choice to either have them replaced, or a full refund. If you have bought something that you decide that you no longer require and it is within 14 days of the day you received the fabric, please return the goods in their original condition to us for a refund.
You will receive full refund (minus shipping costs) if the returned item(s) were not altered in any way (haven’t been washed, cut, soiled or scented). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping charges, unless Hustle and Growl was at fault for shipping the wrong product. In this case we will reimburse return shipping costs.
Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
No returns on sale items, mystery bundles and custom orders. Free ‘Reward’ or promotional items cannot be returned in exchange for monetary value or shop credit.
Refunds take at least up-to 14 working days from receipt of return goods to our premises to process.

You can cancel an order or a pre-sale or pre-order fabric within 7 days from date of order & recieve a full refund. After this time orders become binding. Cancellations of a binding order will be refunded but incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the order value.

No prizes and/or giveaway items can be returned/exhanged for a monetary value/other product.
